Tracked delivery included
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Most US and Canada orders ship without import duties. Buyers in the UK and EU may face VAT or import duty on orders above local thresholds (£135 / €150). For Asia, Oceania and Africa, customs typically applies to orders above $200. We ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means any local duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility on arrival.
When Will My Order Ship?
Orders placed before 12 PM Central Time are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM, on weekends, or on US public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, email info@sidejersey.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and either resend or refund as needed.
